About the event
Friday: Arrive by sunset! We'll start with a guided sunset meditation, then dive into dinner, drinks and get-to-know-you games. We'll wrap the night with a campfire underneath the starry night sky. Everyone will either set up their own tents in Camper Village or will sleep on the floor of the boathouse, don't forget your sleeping bag!
Saturday: Today we'll wake up at our own pace for breakfast (but show up too late and the food might all be gone!) and then we'll have a flexible morning for everyone to choose their own fun. Join a ZenRageHeal class with Angela Gentile, opt for a light self-guided yoga stretch, join in on the annual basketball game, or soak up the sun. We'll have lunch as a group and rest hour to refresh ourselves before an afternoon of Color Olympics. Don't forget your fitness clothes and swimsuit!
Sunday: For anyone who has ever attended sleep-away camp, the last day is always the hardest. We'll try to make this one easier by keeping it short and sweet. A closing breakfast will be served, we'll have leftovers for lunch and you can say your farewell to your new friends - until next year, when we meet again!
All meals from Friday's dinner until Sunday's breakfast will be included, in addition to a variety of beverage choices. If you have drink preferences, please be sure to shop for yourself.
We'll be booking the waterfront-view accommodations (we'll be staying on the boathouse floor or camping in the field!), providing meals (+ beverages!), and arranging activities throughout the weekend. AND if it is your first time at Camp Weekend, we'll even buy you a camp t-shirt to welcome you to the fun! Please plan to venmo @Courtney-Grady $50 to cover a portion of your Camp Weekend tuition and fees.
